HealthEventz for Students
Healtheventz will act as a forum/virtual conference room for young health professionals across all healthcare disciplines to connect, collaborate, share knowledge & experiences. This in turn helps young professionals to broaden their knowledge horizon and their thoughts perspective.
This initiative is to enhance the strategic positioning of the young professionals across all health specialties. The objective is to build a dynamic workforce, skilled in every aspect of the profession in order to improve health care outcomes, patient satisfaction, implement standards, ensure privacy and security, control costs etc. This will also improve youngsters presentation & soft skills. In short - help students prepare for the future.
How it works:
Topics are published on the website, students are required to make a presentation on these topics and present it live on the virtual conference in front of jury members
Each team gets 15-20 minutes for presentation, followed by Q&A session.
Students can make a group of 2-3 and apply before last date of application along with the presentation file. The .pptx file should be sent to info [at] healtheventz.com with the group id (which is generated during registration).
FAQ’s
Which disciplines of health are allowed to participate?
Students from Healthcare, Medical, Pharma, Biotech, BioMedical Engineering are allowed to participate.
Can I suggest topics?
Yes anyone is welcome to suggest topics, we will announce the same after getting approval from Healtheventz management.
Who would be the jury members/Reviewers?
Jury members are experts in their respective fields. In case you know someone who is would be interested in becoming a jury member, please refer about the same through email.
Do we get certificates for presentation?
Yes, everyone who presents get a soft copy of the certificate with the gradings.
How would you grade us?
Grading would be provided based on evaluation done by jury members and our management,
Audience survey would be taken and would be considered in grading (this is being considered).
Who would be asking the question during the presentation?
Jury Members as well as audience attending the conference will ask the questions.
