Troubleshoot to join webinar on

  1. Please use your webinar link which was sent to you during the registration process. If you have lost the webinar link you need to re-register using different email id.
  2. If you are getting some kind of error, then please
    • install the fuze plugin
    • check your internet connection
    • close all other application opened on your computer an retry
  1. No meeting number is required to login into webinar. Please follow the above troubleshooting steps
  • Check your speakers
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try to logout and re-login
  • Distance speakers from microphones turn volume down, slightly.
  • Mute individual lines until echo is located
  • Use a headset
  • Locate a reliable network, then..
  • Log back with your Fuze link and select "rejoin meeting" from pop-up
  • Fuze gives you 15 min after disconnecting to rejoin your meeting
