Not able to login into webinar
Please use your webinar link which was sent to you during the registration process. If you have lost the webinar link you need to re-register using different email id.
If you are getting some kind of error, then please
install the fuze
check your internet connection
close all other application opened on your computer an retry
While joining fuze ask for meeting number
No meeting number is required to login into webinar. Please follow the above troubleshooting steps
Not able to hear the speakers
Check your speakers
Check your internet connection
Try to logout and re-login
I hear echo
Distance speakers from microphones turn volume down, slightly.
Mute individual lines until echo is located
Use a headset
I got disconnected ...
Locate a reliable network, then..
Log back with your Fuze link and select "rejoin meeting" from pop-up
Fuze gives you 15 min after disconnecting to rejoin your meeting
I hear too much of background nosie from speaker side
